This contracted position will be:
- A 2 year contract
- Cleaning must be done twice a week and outside of office hours and at a time when there are not other church activities on the calendar
- Requires a weekly checklist of cleaning tasks to be returned to office secretary
- Requires a monthly checklist of cleaning tasks to be returned to office secretary
- Bids must be returned via this form before January 26, 2025.

To help you formulate your bid, please also know that Impact provides all cleaning supplies needed for the cleaning job, so please do not build supply costs into your bid.
The board will consider all bids and then will email you to let you know whether your bid has been accepted by February 28, 2025.

Weekly expected cleaning tasks:
Offices
Sanctuary and Foyer
Kitchens (two)
Restrooms (single in the front of building, and two full bathrooms in the rear)
Nursery
Remaining facility (Women's Room, Kid's Church area, Back Bathroom Hallway, Overflow Room)
Monthly Expected Cleaning Tasks
This is not an exhaustive list and requests may be made based on performance or as needs change in the church, but this should provide the means to make a time estimate for your bidding process.
Offices
- Vacuum carpets and remove spots as necessary
- Dust furnishings
- Dust window ledges
Sanctuary and Foyer
- Pick up trash between pews and in chair pockets
- Put any left items in the lost and found box
- Vacuum sanctuary, hallways, and foyer. Remove spots as necessary.
- Straighten furnishings, replacing chairs according to markings on the floor.
- Mop the entryways as needed.
- Clean the entry way doors and windows.
Kitchens (two)
- Sweep and mop the floors as needed
- Clean and sanitize sinks and countertops
- Maintain dispensers of soap and paper products
- Empty trash cans and carry all trash to the dumpster.
Restrooms (single in the front of building, and two full bathrooms in the rear)
- Wipe down and sanitize toilets
- Clean and sanitize sinks, counter tops, handles, doors knobs
- Clean mirrors
- Sweep and mop floors, sanitizing as needed
- Empty the trash containers and carry trash to the dumpster
- Fill the toilet paper, soap, and paper towel dispensers in all restrooms.
Nursery
- Vaccuum floor
- Clean and sanitize the bathroom in the nursery
- Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towel dispensers
- Clean and disinfect nursery surfaces
Remaining facility (Women's Room, Kid's Church area, Back Bathroom Hallway, Overflow Room)
- Vacuum floor
- Remove trash, empty trash cans and bring trash to dumpsters
- Dust surfaces
Monthly Expected Cleaning Tasks
- Clean glass throughout the building
- Dust cobwebs throughout the building
- Clean corners and edges and visible soil
- Sweep utility room floor
- Wipe down walls and stalls in the restrooms
