I plan outreach the way I plan a potluck: start with who is already in the room, ask what the block actually needs, then build the next step small enough that people will show up. My process is listen, draft, invite, adjust—then do it again after the event. I write so Wheatland neighbors can borrow that sequence for a food drive or a prayer walk. I hold a bachelor's in community development and have directed church outreach for fifteen years.
